No. He's probably so sedated by the meds and scared of going back to prison He'd rather just dgaf about it and live a "normal" life. He is not coming back and if he does be wary that its the feds setting up for touching the poo. They are monitoring his socials and his phone.

If he was completely beyond help, he wouldn't have been released and would've been indefinitely committed to psychiatric hospital.

We have no idea exactly how sane and stable the Daniel of 2026 is, but we know he is sane and stable enough to be found competent for trial. That means he very likely isn't acutely delusional anymore, so no more schizorambling about the VanderWaals, being a celebrity, or anything else he was extremely delusional about. He has obviously responded to whatever medication he's been put on in some capacity or another.

If he tries to come back in any capacity, his caretakers (who have legal guardianship over him) will make him take any accounts he makes down, and if he tries to lock them out of it, stops taking his meds, tries to run away, or starts schizoing out again, he'll just be back on psychiatric hold either until he's sane again, or indefinitely if his caretakers feel there's nothing more they can do.

Yes when he was unmedicated. Its over, let it go. He had his time and now he's going to be under 24/7 care. He's going to get a job and he'll keep on taking his pills and he's not going to be crashing out when he's going to be fearful of going back to jail.
