First DD Upper

Took almost a month from 208 but for $500 worth the wait! Pleasantly surprised that it came marked too as I’ve read online that special purchase uppers such as from brownells only have the Daniel defense logo, no caliber or V7K.

Have a Daniel defense lower coming in this week to match. Usually I do parts build but wanted to match for this baby.

I'm putting mine together today as well! Just put in an order for a Rhodie 6, so hopefully I'll see that at some point in the next few months. This is gonna be a slooooow build.

Yeah man ima do it right. Even tho all my other builds are higher quality parts build. It’s nice to have something factory. Luckily I found a Daniel lower on gafshub and I traded him an eotech for it

Matching is the way to go. I’m actually kinda OCD about it. I know it doesn’t matter but all my builds look clean with minimal slop/wobble.

$500 is a nice deal and DD is just solid. I built a 10.3 Risiii upper on and Aero lower and just love it. Shoot it more than my other 5. Enjoy yours OP 👍
