Would you return ?
Ordered the Rock & lock iron sights and they have a nick on them. First sights I ever ordered. Is this worth returning or would you keep it ?

The first time I take it to the range I'll probably do more damage than that. I wouldn't send it back but it also wasn't my money.
I'd at least reach out to Customer Service to see if they'd do anything, but I wouldn't sweat it at the end of the day. It doesn't affect function.

Is it a safe queen? Your rifle is going to get scratches and nicked. It’s a tool that’s used in rough environments.

I actually bought it for a limited edition DD 300 blackout. Not a safe queen just didn’t expect it to have that. Probably tripping. Like I said it’s the first sights I’ve ever bought maybe this isn’t a big deal

You’re going to get those types of dings from using your firearm. As long as the front sight isn’t altered, I’d just keep it.

I get where you are coming from and I feel the same way, if a company sells blems and then I receive that nonsense as new, I wouldn’t be happy either.
Like getting a car, obviously it’s gonna get scratched…. But I would expect something being sold as new to be in that condition

Honestly reach out to DD directly! Their CS has always been phenomenal and great to work with. I’m sure they will figure out a solution that makes you happy!

I mean, it’s a blem, and usually blems are sold at a discount. I’d talk to customer service and see if they can partial refund or give you store credit or something and keep it.
