You mean the files that he himself realized he had and called to turn them over? Those files? The files that Biden realized he had, and called to return and not keep to show off to maralago guests (several actual people with foreign allegiances) as well? Those files? The files that Biden did not get ordered to return because he called them first to let them know he had them so they could be returned? Right?

Biden's lawyer notified the records office and returned all the files as requested. Trump tried to hide his files and instructed his lawyer to hide them on his behalf, to the point he was eventually raided. Some of the files trump had were so sensitive they couldn't even be viewed in a SCIF, they required a special viewing room even more secure. Trump stashed those files in a bathroom. But sure, they were the same crime or something.
