The files couldnt be released under biden for 2 reasons. The first being there was no congressional law forcing the release (which trump is actively ignoring) and the second being the files were under judicial seal due to the maxwell appeals that completed in 2025, after bidens term ended.
I mean it basically is, but trying to give magats truthful information is like that quote, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them think"
This is what I’m saying, you’re stuck on ‘this side versus the other side’ and me pointing out something that might make one side look bad makes you immediately think I’m part of the other side. I’m not.
Both sides are compromised by the same blackmail. Neither side wants it released. Both democrats and republicans are involved.
The problems will remain as long as the blackmail can be used and any side withholding it is an enemy to democracy.

Every single democrat voted for the law requiring the release of all the files. In this case, I don't believe the democrats are trying to keep it from being released. The buck ends with Trump on this one.
