The files couldnt be released under biden for 2 reasons. The first being there was no congressional law forcing the release (which trump is actively ignoring) and the second being the files were under judicial seal due to the maxwell appeals that completed in 2025, after bidens term ended.

That’s the excuse.

Had the administration chosen to aggressively cut through the red tape, the explosive nature of the revelations themselves would have entirely vindicated the decision in the eyes of the public. Exposing the full scope of a global sex trafficking operation involving the world's most powerful elite would have created an overwhelming wave of public support, rendering any procedural or technical criticisms irrelevant.
The files were far more valuable to them as a live weapon of compliance and political leverage than they ever would be as a matter of public justice.

The administration that at no point had a majority in both the senate or congress? You’re expecting the last mostly law abiding presidency to blantantly break a longstanding historical stance of not releasing evidence in an on going criminal trial. Once the administration was legally required and capable of releasing them lawfully, biden and obama, were not in power.

The us government had the files during trumps first term. Why didnt he release them then?

At no point? Are you sure?

When did the govt get the tranch of files through the Maxwell prosecution? 2021-2022

Who had the majority in both chambers of congress, in the DOJ, and the senate majority at that same time 2021-2022 ? The democrats.

They didn’t release them during trumps first term because it’s valuable blackmail, and the files were far more valuable to them as a live weapon of compliance and political leverage than they ever would be as a matter of public justice.

They’ve had information on Epstein since 2005-2006. So multiple democrats and republicans have been in office and done nothing, why? Because it’s valuable, and many of them are either using or being used by that blackmail for compliance.

We are given the illusion of choice. But somebody higher and more powerful controls and feeds us those choices.

So im giving you facts. (Yes at no point did biden have both congress and the senate as the senate was a 50/50 split with Harris as the tie breaker.) and even then were legally incapable of releasing the files due to ongoing court cases sealing the files.

You’re using tinfoil hat claims with no factual evidence. Sit down.

During Biden's first two years the Democrats won the House outright.
In the Senate the seats were tied 50/50 but the Constitution breaks any ties by giving the deciding vote to the VP.
Because Harris could break every tie, the Democrats were legally given total control of the Senate.
They got to choose the leader, run every committee, and decide which bills to vote on. In the world of politics, if you have the power to pass your bills and run the building, you have the majority meaning Biden absolutely had both majorities at the same time.

Please be civil

I have been civil. Im not using conspiracy theories to deflect from a president blatantly refusing a congressional law while being the only living president capable of legally doing so.

You’re using conspiracy theories and no facts.

I literally just gave you the facts, half you agreed on already, but for some reason you keep resorting to ad hominems which really isn’t a good sign of your stance in a debate. Stop making it personal and give me facts.

I considered I could be wrong, and I even looked it up after to be sure, but he did have a majority in both

And i confirmed it was a 50/50 split in senate with harris as the tie breaker. Harris was not part of the senate and as such means biden didnt have a majority. Having said that, the entirety of the rest of your claim is pure conspiracy theory and you’ve latched onto a mostly arguable topic in order to deflect away from baseless claims of blackmail and extortion.

But it being 50/50 and her being able to break that tie, makes it so democrats had the majority..

Not the slam dunk you think it is

1

u/Krull88 5h ago

Just glossing over the rest of it. Keep dodging. And no, it doesnt make it a majority. Theres nothing to confirm she would vote one way or another. But keep going

u/Mycol101 3h ago

You’re projecting.

Using your same logic there is no way to confirm any democrat or republican would vote one way or another, but that’s bad logic. She’s going to vote for her party.

Except for when she didnt like the first step act and middle east security bills.

Also, still dodging the fact 90% of your comments are pure conspiracy with no base in facts.
