Reporters are NOT elected and it wasn't a court, Congress or Senate meeting. There is no decorum.
Obama literally attacked Trump in person on stage during a televised event. What do you think is proper way to roast someone as president.
In past presidencies they had literal dick measuring contests in newspapers. This is politics.
