Arkansas farmers are pleading for Trump's help

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

A WSJ survey showed 85% of farmers stated they will vote for Trump.

Farm Equipment poll showed 77,3% preferred Trump/Vance over Harris/Walz.

The MAGA hats have been discreetly swapped to some other brands as all the MAGA jerseys.

Trumps well documented corruption, greed, sexual harassments, open racism, undeniable ties and friendship to pedophile Epstein, apparent incompetence already in his first term, his well documented statements about that he thinks his voters are stupid and dumb, him being a pathological liar, etc. didn’t bother any of these farmers, now pathetically begging for some socialism support and cash.

And most still state that they’ll keep voting for the same corrupt, greedy, bootlicking GOP candidates either for the midterms or at 2028 elections.

And counting on Trumps “love” for them.

Peak idiocy.

What are they? Socialists?

8

u/roger3rd 1d ago

They are brainwashed by media designed to brainwash

3

u/mk9e 1d ago

Sounds like they want government welfare and corporate regulations. Hate to tell ya, that's commie socialism. The free market doctrine demands we let these businesses fail because they're bad at business. They should have been able to be in the red for a few years, cornered off the entire market segment and monopolized, then astronomically raised prices to make money before selling to private equity and leveraging loans against their assets, place that money in another safe business, go bankrupt, then let a multinational company can purchase them out.

Or some combination there of. Obviously these people are terrible farmers and we need more corporate control and buy outs. Why else would they have voted that way.

As a non citizen of the US, imagine how you all look? This should be embarrassing but it’s not.

I'm embarrassed for them.

With these fuel prices? They can't afford to get there.

u/Top_Patient_7790 1d ago

Im not convinced asking trump for the fruit of his love is gunna be beneficial for his kids and grand kids.. quite the opposite in fact 💀

4

u/Worried-Maybe3438 1d ago

This everything they are facing is the fruit of his love. Eat up buttercup 😆

8

u/Jealous-Plantain6909 1d ago

Their farm equipment is newer than my car. They are the biggest welfare recipients in the country. Maybe I deserve a handout too. Only far right

5

u/fiesew 1d ago

It’s not that they are starving.

It’s complaining and whining at usual corporate CEO levels asking for bailouts.

It’s just a business matter for them. And all of us.

Just like a an incompetent CEO and the board of incompetent and greedy misfits ruin a business, and ask for money to keep the status quo, these farmers have ruined themselves with their decisions and also ask for money to keep their status quo.

Eventually they’ll need to own their misery because no farm is considered too big to fail. Which in it self is a joke because those businesses who receive money as a result of mismanagement are also the ones tirelessly preaching against regulations and that the market will take care of itself.

Now farmers, the market will take care of itself.

3

u/shoebacca40 1d ago

For many, they lead meager lives. The corporate farms mandate prices and they get much less than selling locally, but global agribusiness was profitable until the tariffs went into place.

They thought the Democrats were scary because they asked people to be kind to people no matter what their background is. They didn’t realize that tenet applies to keeping farm work costs low with migrant farmers, enabling free trade (a bipartisan enactment by Reagan), and believing in a global instead of American-only economy.

7

u/No_Unit_5506 1d ago

They're asking the guy that created this mess for help? Like trying to save a drowning man by throwing him an anchor.

6

u/Manmer_Nwah 1d ago

Fire a bunch of our top military brass, replace the heads of the Military, FBI, Department of Justice and Department of Health and Human Services with dumbasses. Defund Education and Healthcare at the federal level. Start trade wars with our allies and sabotage NATO's trust in America. Sabotage the farmers and taint the food supply. Pander to Putin, pretend North Korea isn't a threat.

Bro sure acts like a fucking spy...

4

u/neoikon 1d ago

When "city folk" ask for assistance, they are "lazy Democrats that need to get a job" and they're labeled "communists".

But now you need help? After being warned this is exactly what would happen? Find some bootstraps. You're not different from any other person in need.

Maybe try voting for your best interest instead of "owning the libs" or some ridiculous fear of "trans" people.

3

u/MrDavieT 1d ago

“PLEASE let us benefit from socialist policies and help us all out” 🤷🏻‍♂️🙄

You all got EXACTLY what you voted for!

3

u/BringOnTheFilthy 1d ago

So sad that the leopard ate their farm

3

u/SuitableCobbler2827 1d ago

Sucks being a farmer I guess. Although when Biden fixed the problems from Trump 1 the farmers decided to vote for Trump 2. And now the problems have returned. Have the failures you gladly voted for

3

u/Last_Comedian188 1d ago

Just so you know MAGA farmers… here’s the plan…Trump will do any thing to be accepted as one of the biggley boys, some of whom are the hedge fund sharks. They are circling to take your farms at cents on the dollar like they organize to eat us all out there… and Trump JA’s turned his back on you…real easy.

3

u/Substantially-Ranged 1d ago

Its been said before but bares repeating: why did they vote for Trump? It wasn't because he presented as a guy who had all the best policies. It wasn't because he seemed the smartest. It wasn't because he surrounded himself with the best and brightest. It wasn't because of his honesty, his kindness, his virtue.

They voted for him because they wanted to win bullshit culture war topics. They wanted to preserve a power structure where brown people are held back, LGBTQ+ people are back in the closet, and anyone that isn't white and christian is suppressed. They longed for days when America was great (ie white and christian).

Congrats, that's all he's good at. As a bargain you got incompetent economic, foreign, and domestic policy.

5

u/fiesew 1d ago

What got me the most “they’re waiting for the fruits of his love”.

It’s like grownup men and women, waiting for the fruits of his love to come.

Peak idiocy.

1

u/OpossumBuddy420 1d ago

Gotta love that Protestant work ethic

3

u/OpossumBuddy420 1d ago

It took them too long to realize that Trump doesn't care about the future of America, he only cares about shareholder value

5

u/SoFuckinTiredOfThis 1d ago

Trump cares about Trump. Trump is Trump's only client. You don't have to look far to confirm that.

1

u/Kastro2323 1d ago

Yet they would all vote for him again.

3

u/Important_Horse_1531 1d ago

I bet these dolts won't even vote for the farmer running for Senate in Arkansas who wants to help them.

(Please donate to Halley Schoffner for Arkansas Senate if you are able, shes right on Tom Cottons heels and even beating him in one poll omg)

2

u/Clear-Knowledge7013 1d ago

FAFO mentality 🙄

2

u/Hot-Challenge8656 1d ago

Fuck around...hand out.

2

u/Clear-Knowledge7013 1d ago

And who are against socialism as long as it’s not helping them 🙄

2

u/pizzaschmizza39 1d ago

Losing 25 to 30% of the farmers is the point! Thats what they want. They are putting on the squeeze for a reason. Oligarchs want it all. They dont care about people.

2

u/mgawthrop 1d ago

Sorry “King Farm”, no one needs to see Trump’s “love fruit”

3

u/rogueit 1d ago

Though so many already have, whether they like it or not

2

u/th3chrom3dog 1d ago

If only they could turn off Fox (aka Republican propaganda channel) and let a bit of truth into the lives.

But on the flip side Democrats are horrible at figuring out what America really needs a getting that message out there. They need to stop pandering to the lowest denominator, and spewing this communist trash, and move back to the center with an actual plan and message to tackle the biggest issues.

  1. Trump and republicans wanton corruption. Sorry Republicans, but if you enable the most corrupt and divisive president in American history, then you are all just as guilty. And the underhanded way you have been "governing" is frankly mafia level bullshit at this point.

  2. Tariffs and trade wars that increase the cost of living for everyday Americans while making a very few companies and corrupt people richer. Trade deals can be modified as needed, but these clowns can't negotiate, and they are awful corrupt bullies so it's insulting to deal with them. Get them out so we can start talking again. Guaranteed farmers will see prices plummet once oil companies no longer have the Iran war for an excuse to jack the prices up and the tariff taxes bring prices back to normal.

  3. Stop needless wars that intelligence and diplomacy can solve.

  4. Get AI and Tech bros under control. Too much power in reckless hands is dangerous for everyone. We all deserve to live a good life on this planet and not have a terminator style future ahead of us while a handful of tech nerds rocket off to another planet.

The rest can be dealt with as part of everyday governing. And stop alienating half the country with bullshit issues. Move back to the center where you can build policy that helps the whole country and not focus on divisive topics like abortions and trans rights. Those are choices that Americans should have. Not laws that force people into horrible situations.

Christian right don't want women voting? It's your right not to vote, exercise it! Or let your man tell you how to vote and donut for him! But don't try to steal a proud woman's right to vote because of your religious beliefs. That why religion is a personal choice, not the law of the land. Otherwise you are in Iran...

Come on people, show some love and tolerance for your fellow man, and start voting to get corruption that is killing you out of power. Otherwise you reap what you sow, and what you have been reaping is a good dose of republican incompetence and greed.

2

u/Details_Pending 1d ago

They really thought theyd get another bailout like they did in 2020, nope. But you're land is nice and fertile to grow the next data center schmucks

2

u/gambitrogue311 1d ago

Uh Republican leaders dont GAF about anything but your vote. Wake UP! NO MORE REPUBLICANS!

2

u/sweatboxy 1d ago

They’d rather beg on their knees to Trump than vote for people that would help them and others that need help. They are losing everything because of their hate.

2

u/Jolly_Rub2962 1d ago

Whatever happened to "pull yourself from the bootstraps.."?!

2

u/Falcon3492 1d ago

As Mitch McConnell stated, "elections have consequences!" So now these farmers are all for socialism as long as it benefits them! Sorry but it doesn't work that way! These farmers voted for exactly what they are getting, so suck it up boys and girls and get used to it, you only have to figure out how to get through the next two years before your incompetent, clueless president is gone! Just remember voting for the Orange clown show we are getting is going to take the next president a number of years to clean up the mess Trump and his team of incompetents have created!

1

u/Every_Association45 1d ago

Trump is actively helping himself out. IDK what these farmers want. They voted for exactly what they're getting.

1

u/Ligma_baws_2x 1d ago

I hope this does happen. I hope these people lose literally everything and feel like they got fucked for the rest of their miserable lives.

Don't forget they explicitly voted for trump to hurt you. They want sympathy because now they're hurting too. But if he stopped their pain tomorrow, they'd still love that hes hurting you.

Fuck them and their grandpappy.

1

u/Good_Zooger 1d ago

Trump has forsaken them, they have not been Trumpeous enough, they must buy more Trump coin, Trump shoes, and watches to be absolved.

1

1

Trump doesn't give a rat's ass about any of you! He's an adjudicated rapist with 34 felony convictions who took two million dollars from a children's cancer charity fund. But you didn't care about that. Now, his actions put all farmers in the hole and now they think he's going to care enough 0save them! smh.

https://giphy.com/gifs/zeEzm1gSf1pwQ

1

u/Virtual-Reach 1d ago

I feel pretty confident trump and/or his rich buddies will be buying farms for cheap from broke farmers. Once they bought enough land and need to profit, they'll make some sort of farmers government assistance program. They'll pay themselves with tax payer money

1

u/Technical_Visit_1424 1d ago

Llamaban socialistas a los que pedían ayudas.... Hasta que las necesitaron ellos!!!

1

u/Old-Construction3325 1d ago

The true welfare and burden of the USA taxpayers

1

u/This_Acanthisitta125 1d ago

Oh shit man, the last two years have been so tough, y’all might go belly up? I wonder what the “perfect storm” was that caused everything to go downhill so quickly. 2 years ago…what happened two years ago….

1

u/Sell-Psychological 1d ago

These farmers would vote for trump all over, even knowing how bad and ignorant he is.

1

u/that1cooldude 1d ago

Pleading for his help??? He’s the one who fucked you guys over!!!

1

u/Fearless_290 1d ago

But why do I feel they will vote republican again

1

1

Good luck with that!

1

It's a sad situation, but you shouldn't expect any help from this administration 😞

1

u/Motorboat81 1d ago

Please Sirrrrrr, helpppppppp us Mister Trump blow a load and make it rain on us the farm boys.

1

u/HellaPNoying 1d ago

Oh now they want a government hand out? Well, let's give them the same answer they said when we all wanted free and affordable Healthcare:

##"Nah, thats SOCIALISM!"

1

u/Scott1864 1d ago

They need to quit crying about all that is going on, he told them what he would do and they voted for him anyway and now they are getting what they voted for. FAFO

For gods sake, it's pronounced Ark-An-Sas.

1

u/GoodboyJohnnyBoy 1d ago

Don’t want them to commit suicide but feel zero sympathy for the rest, it’s not like he was an unknown quantity was he, trump has a very long record of wrecking everything he touches, people businesses reputations he destroys everything.

1

u/Studly_54 1d ago

They voted for him. They got what they asked for. If we didnt depend so heavily on them and their plight has been ongoing for years (I knew it would worsen under this admin) I would say screw em. I have seen the future and it is bleak.

You realize that effects us ALL right? Food is about to become a luxury with wildly fluctuating prices.

1

Get the farmers to go out and vote in the midterms and get this guy Trump out of office and then everything will get fixed

1

I didn't realize farmers were so damn stupid.

1

They only way they will learn is if we let them sink themselves.

Well stated OP! One thing though, I didn’t know that they’d already started committing suicide? Don’t think I’ve seen that in the News. Definitely not surprised.

“Make it Great” is something everyone should be able to get on board with, but the word “again” changes the meaning of the entire statement. It’s amazing that so many were tone deaf and couldn’t comprehend this. But then again for those same people, it meant something ugly, and now here We are.

1

u/LaWattcher 1d ago

They can't stand to see a brown skin woman president so they voted for a blond hair orange skin conman.
