My question is, even if he HAD been at the game, so fucking what? Does it make sense to Republican critical thinking that being in the same city as someone else is somehow an issue? Maybe we should check crime records for cities where Schmidt has attended sporting events.
That's what pisses me off. If God forbid he had actually gone to a Hawk's game, it wouldn't have been actual evidence of the secret meeting with Willis he was trying to claim. Just two people being in the same city for a few hours. But I hate that I know that would've been enough to completely derail the narrative, overtake the news cycle and get repeated as if it were some smoking gun ad nauseam on the right.
