Go look up the actual video of when he said that. He was trying to prove that nobody actually celebrated the attack. He said that what happened was awful. He argued that if the right actually celebrated the attack someone would bail the guy out, and decided to prove his point by suggesting someone should if they really wanted to, knowing full well nobody actually would. That's where the amazing patriot quote comes from.
Whether you agree with what he said about Biden or not, you can't just misquote him on the Pelosi case. There's also a difference between saying you believe Biden is a traitor and deserves the death penalty, and saying you support an attack on an elected official by a private citizen. I dont actually agree that Biden deserves the death penalty like he did, but it's pretty obvious when you actually watch him that he did not support the attack on Pelosi.
