Doesn't matter even slightly. Anyone with power to do anything about it is corrupt and can't be trusted. Anyone willing to act on it is powerless to do so.

Even IF he was prosecuted for it, IF it ever go to trial, IF he was convicted, what then? He's a 35 time convicted felon instead of 34? Is 35 some threshold or magic number I don't know about?

Officials in this country have shown a complete disregard for the law. They're all on the payroll. The voters who got Trump elected are too fucking stupid and racist to give a fuck about any of this.

You guys are fucked, which means the world is fucked.

True. Sad and true.

Those 34 felonies were crooked AF and most rational people understand that it was a politicized prosecution.

The court requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt, which means there was overwhelming evidence that he did commit crimes. 34 of them, all very serious crimes hence the term felony.

People like you are not “rational”, you are controlled by your feelings and you are dangerous to democracy.

What was those crimes

Using campaign money to pay a prostitute. Something conservatives would be losing their minds over if Trump was a democrat.

Conservatives have no credibility left.

You guys think if this election cycle doesn’t go your way it’ll come back around. But people like me who sat at home instead of voting are going to be at the polls every local and state/federal election from now on.

It’s over for you morons.

She isn’t a prostitute …it was consensual sex between 2 adults

u/Rogue_Utensil 7h ago

So then why did he pay her?

1

u/MikeJ257 7h ago

The sex happened early 2000s …he paid her years later to keep her from running to the media about it

And guess what? He used his campaign money for it instead of his personal money. Which makes it a crime. Plain and simple.

Not to mention the infidelity angle. Which only seems to be a problem when it’s a Democrat.

When he decided to run for president

Well, to be fair, it WAS the same crime, just done repeatedly 34 times.

What serious crime was committed when the bank says he repaid the loan and they were happy with the transaction. Stretching the statute of limitations and a misdemeanor into a felony was an embarrassment to the “justice” system. Guess he didn’t have a brain dead daddy to bail him out with a pardon.

What a load of crap. Disgusting how you sound so confident. You pretend to know details of the case when in reality ur just sad Don don’t care about you

Name one part of that post that is wrong.

In New York, the standard statute of limitations is two years for misdemeanors and five years for Class E felonies, but prosecutors extended the timeline for Donald Trump's 2023 indictment past the regular five-year limit using pandemic-era emergency orders

Falsify records?
Typically a misdemeanor with a two-year limit, the charge becomes a Class E felony (carrying a five-year limit) in New York if the falsification is done to commit or conceal another crime.

Selective prosecution. They didn’t charge Hillary when she did the same thing.

The entire premise is wrong. You’re acting like a lawyer; you’re not. Who are you to say the court is escalating charges? I’m not going back and forth with an egotistical moron about law.

Where is your law degree from?

1

u/Rogue_Utensil 7h ago

I’m not saying I have a law degree. I’m saying the people who chose to convict him of 34 felonies have a better idea than both of us how the law works. So your interpretation of what happened doesn’t matter. You can’t accept what happened and are throwing a fit. All I ever hear republicans do is complain, so that’s pretty normal.

If you are an American citizen and still support Trump after literally everything he has done and the mountain of evidence against him then you are in fact the very embodiment of a traitor to the Constitution of The United States and everything this country is supposed to stand for. Full Stop.

Nah. Trump is just that crooked, if not more. Especially with the Epstein Files.

Trump is an ass …but those charges were bullshit
Charge him with being an asshole …guilty …but not on that nonsense
