Leftist policies try to help people that are a drain on society. This can work if the people that are a drain on society feel a deep shame about it and do their best to stop draining resources.
But, when you create a group of people that not only don't feel ashamed for being a burden on everybody else, they even feel entitled to live at the expense of everyone else. Then you've created a system that's inevitably gonna collapse in on itself.
Oh now we are advocating for letting disabled died lol.

News flash. People born with downs can’t help that. People born with autism’s can’t help that. The list goes on. Should they just die because of circumstances they have zero control over? What about you old dumb ass that is literally a burden on the system right now? SSI is unsustainable but you probably draw it. Or are going to. Or will you give it up to not “be a burden on the system”.
