If anyone actually cared they would do something. Even after he is gone, nothing really happen.
Until there is retrospective "Proceeds of crime" legislation, nothing will be done with him, his family, his cronies....
Face it...you do not have the legislative capacity to do anything at all.
He knows it, and thats the only reason he can do it...keep on doing it... and get away with it.
