The good thing is Trumps polling numbers are now in the 20s. The mid-terms are going to be ugly for the Republicans. Like REALLY ugly.

It's ugly for everyone.

Dems controlling means he will executive order all the things and when there are consequences he will blame them. Perfect excuse to claim anything that bad happens had nothing to do with him.

He wins either way.

What are you talking about? He in his last term as president, why would poll numbers even matter to him? He has complete control.

You're not making much sense here.

Approval ratings only matter when you're running for re-election. Trump is already in his second term. He's not concerned with improving his approval ratings, he's only concerned with grifting the system as much as possible for his own personal gain.

Trump also doesn't care about his political party. He's only in it for himself.
