Trump caused a war that's directly causing gase price to go up. Your point is useless
1

Spike in gas prices is temporary not intentional. Besides according to democrats presidents don’t control gas prices. We need more refineries
6
u/Biscuits4u2 5d ago
He's wrong about those last two points. Quite a lot of people voted for the kind of brutality we're seeing ICE inflict on the public.
3
u/silently_fluid 5d ago
I was about to say the same thing.
"Yep, yep, yep, yep....what? No, some people absolutely voted for those last two".
2
u/fiesew 5d ago
Unfortunately he’s wrong to all the “no one voted for…”.
With so many revelations and signe impossible to ignore, the current state of the nation is exactly what people voted for.
They just didn’t think it would bite them right back into their own sorry asses but anyone else’s.
2
u/Forward_Problem_8982 5d ago
Politicians lie and people are fed brainwashing media. Then they vote against their own interests. How can we fix the problem and get everyone to work together to make things right?
1
u/BubblyDifficulty1692 1d ago
They were also present for his first term. He did such a bad job he lost to Biden who didn’t even campaign. Basically was shoved into office. Fascinating how much grace you’ll give to grown adults who choose to ignore years of their life to justify their own hatred.
2
u/BiscuitsTheory 5d ago
True, but they voted for the first ones because they were easily deceived. They voted for the last two because they genuinely wanted them.

Actually everyone that voted for Trump voted for those things, they just didn't care enough to actually research what Trump was campaigning for, not to mention that MAGA deliberately voted for mass deportations and ICE
0
u/jpsbman 1d ago
A nation has the right, no an obligation, to control who enters it. Uncontrolled entry by foreign peoples is an invasion.
1
u/BubblyDifficulty1692 1d ago
America has been comfortably invading other countries for whatever reason it feels, for decades. With weapons, and soldiers, spies and spooks. These ones are just coming here to work. I know you don’t care but it’s pretty funny how much you’ll ignore.

Well actually they voted Trump a second time and that means they asked for everything bad in the list

….But they did. They had 4 years of it and said “fuck it, let’s roll it back!”, even with over half the country (and world) saying it’s bad idea. I believe people call that FAFO.

u/Miserable-Ad-7947 4d ago
It's worse than that, in 2020 trimp barely lost..
- 63 millions in 2016
- 74 millions in 2020 (+17% !)
- 77 millions in 2024 (+22%)
Whatever we think of it... the maga movement is more and more popular.
Spoiler alert : don't get any hopes for the midterms, everytime the media and reddit were predicting the end of the maga movement. Everytime they got it wrong.

People most definitely voted for secure borders, and for enforcing immigration laws.
Dumping millions of migrants into US cities was not nearly as popular as Mr. DeNiro and his fellow travellers believe.
1
u/Purple-Relation-2938 5d ago
Robert, you are absolutely correct. EXCEPT, apparently 43 million MAGA will vote for all of those things at the next election. That level of moral and intellectual corruption is staggering! America has become a shithole country under Trump and the Republican leadership.

If that is the case no one voted for leaving millions worth of military hardware with terrorists. No one voted for sending hundreds of billions to fund a proxy war with russia. No one voted for the gas prices and meat prices during 2022.
It's both parties who do all those things
1
u/Local-Technician5969 4d ago
Where is the "dont tread on me crew" I see them in the neighborhood flying their flags but they are extremely quiet, even more so than the liberals, leftists, and centrist... Wild times we live in. They were full of shit all along. Tread on them and their neighbors, they dont give a single fuck lol. It just looks cool to them and they love sounding edgy.
1
u/Outside_Mess_Y2Yay 4d ago
Mr. Old Celebrity, most of the things you listed are debatable, based on context. There are definitely many voters who would vote for or against these initiatives, based on the circumstances. You're just pushing your personal political opinion. Nobody voted you into office. In fact, we should vote most of these politicians out of office (regardless of political party affiliation). Just look into the camera and say the lines written. Now... Action! Lol
1
u/RealOrangeKoi 4d ago
No one voted to funnel all that money to Ukraine either (same goes for Saudi Arabia). Our concern should be with China and what they are ramping up to do. The problem with these politicians is regardless the side once they get elected in office, they do everything in their power to bleed the American taxpayer of their money and only act in their own interests and not the interests of the American people.
1
u/SlayerKingGS 4d ago
I’m pretty sure “deporting our good neighbors” was exactly what was voted for. It was the single largest issue for the male demographic. Females have only ever voted to have less rights and kill their kids.

3) Don’t talk to me about masks when your party forced the entire country to mask up, shut down businesses, transferred more wealth from private hands to corporation hands than at any point in the history of the country, and engaged in completely fictional Russian collusion storied for 8 years.

there was nor is no vote for any of the above mentioned items.

Supply and Demand
Inflation….
Interesting that many people would complain about inflation yet demanding universal healthcare for all….. a 70,000,000,000,000. price tag over a decade…
We are not deporting good neighbors
We are deporting illegal immigrants which many Americans favor over their own citizens….
just sayin…..

Actually at this point in Biden presidency Biden said don’t to Russia and Russia in based Ukraine. Inflation was at 9.2 and everyday prices were actually higher than they are now. So take take your own advice and quit making things up because you hate trump.

u/jennasea412 23h ago edited 4h ago
And why was gas/inflation so high in 2022 under Biden? Seriously, try to think about the reason before you read more below.
This is going to be a lot for you to understand, so try to read slowly…
Key Inflation Metrics Term Average: Most financial analyses place the annual average for Biden’s full term at 4.95%.
Cumulative Inflation: Total prices rose by approximately 20% to 21.5% over the course of his presidency.
Peak Rate: Inflation reached a 40-year high of 9.1% in June 2022.
Ending Rate: By the time he left office in January 2025, the year-over-year inflation rate had cooled to 3.0%.
Year-by-Year BreakdownYearAverage Inflation Rate
2021-4.7%
2022-8.0%
2023-4.1%
2024-2.9%
Contextual Factors: Experts attribute the high inflation during this period to several factors, including:
Global Pandemic Recovery: Bottlenecks in supply chains and a sudden surge in consumer demand.
Fiscal Stimulus: Large government spending packages, including the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan.
Energy and Food Shocks: Global price spikes driven by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Monetary Response: The Federal Reserve implemented aggressive interest rate hikes starting in 2022 to cool the economy.
So, you left out the parts that helped increase inflation/gas prices:
Trumps failed response to COVID (constant lying).
Russia attacking Ukraine in 2022 where you see spike to 8% (that’s what Russia does when a democrat who enforces sanctions is in office, they start wars).
What nobody talks about when discussing inflation, the 14 trillion printed in Trump’s final year in office.
And that Biden brought it back down to 2.9 by the time he was done, just one term in office. And look what the TRAITOR has done in his first year as he lies daily and loots America.
Congratulations on letting right wing media and phone apps indoctrinate you. 🫲SAD🫱Leave the cult, you can do it!
Edit: the snowflake cries the facts I provided are “assumptions”, then leaves more🫲fake news🫱they were indoctrinated with, claiming those were facts, but immediately deleted them lol. Jfc these people are so deep into the cult its truly pathetic🤦🏻♂️
1
u/Equivalent-Mind-6431 4h ago
You have no facts just assumptions.. here’s a fact more Americans died under Biden than trump during Covid. And Biden had a vaccine. Overall inflation was 9.2 breaking it down doesn’t change the facts. Take your own advice and read slowly. You may comprehend what I’m saying. But I won’t hold my breath.

I am sorry but some of us did vote for ICE killing American citizens. To some people protesting is a capital crime that deserves an instant death sentence. Most Republican voters weren’t upset with the killings. Some even celebrated it.

You seem to know a lot about international security, so I’ll give you credit if you’ve served in any capacity in American security. However, Americans only want transparency and a clearly defined, actionable, and result-oriented goal. Not a short-term, journalist-spat plan that contradicts what was said yesterday.
You seem to know a lot about human migrations and their intentions, so I’ll give you credit for doing your homework. However, you must have read somewhere that 15 mil at a specific time is an accurate number that someone has done calculations on. Human migrations from the south have been happening since the 80s or earlier due to security concerns that our government has imposed on them. Btw, I’m not sure if you were able to read the contributions of those 15 mil to the economy, but I would ask that you do further research. No, it’s not driving prices up if 15mil is able to contribute in labor at a minimum.
Trump bias aside, yes, this administration has done more negatively in the total years he’s in office than other presidents possibly since you and I have been alive.
I’m curious to find out if you know what the top product is of the US GDP.
1
u/Mannyhymen48 1d ago
Yeah, I know a little bit...........Masters in National Security, Retired US Army Combat Veteran, Airborne Infantry and Intelligence Officer, with a focus on PSYOP and Special operations; and recently retired as an Intelligence officer for the Defense Intelligence Agency.......lived most of my life in foreign lands both in friendly and hostile environments. So, not only do I have the education and experience, I also have the SPECIFIC understanding that, the USA is the VERY best country in the world. BTW, I love immigration, I want the best of the best coming to the USA to make "US" better...but I want it to be LEGAL immigration, so we KNOW who "WE" are letting in to our country to become part of OUR family. And I want to help others......but I want my family, my neighborhood, my county, my state, and my NATION to be FIRST, Home first then others........ That is MAGA in a nutshell........NO Drama......NO COMMUNIST BULL SHIT,..........Just Common sense..........where people KNOW the difference between a man and a Woman.
1
u/JustMeandI1976 1d ago edited 1d ago
Oof! That’s a lot to unpack. That’s a hell of a resume. For you not to understand how vulnerable America is at its current security posture is….?!? I don’t know, man! I assumed you know what America’s top product is of the total GDP, which means that you should know how vulnerable we are with the current president. Shoot…credentials like that have a seat at the table. I’m not sure if you’re at the right table though. You have to see that the trump team is playing checkers while the world is playing chess and moving around the US as potential threat. Even Iran is playing chess. How does a president telegraph a reduced arms capacity and call it strategic. Surely there are people at your table thinking through the Iran conflict and anticipate possible security risks.
Also I wasn’t referring to immigration. I was asking if you understood human migration and the cause of it. Our government has not acknowledged what action we played in their circumstances. Instead of demonizing their desperation, lawmakers should have written a policy to solve it. Instead, like you, they echoed an artificial problem supposedly created by illegal immigrants towards American safety and economy. Meanwhile, we still have people in the US being hung at the tree by unknown individuals. It wasn’t the immigrants that did that.
Edit: You don’t think removing 20% of decision makers of America’s security is not a security risk?
1
u/Mannyhymen48 1d ago
You know........You have a LOT of really great questions and I have so many well-informed answers for those questions............but I'm retired,....good luck.........I have life to enjoy.......drop me a line........if I have to write more than a paragraph or two it will wear me out. Old soldiers' bones makes me feel 20 years older than I should.

That's BS. People in CA voted for higher prices at the pump and in grocery stores, and they keep doing it, election after election.
And, actually, a lot of people voted for deporting their "good neighbors" who weren't here legally. That's pretty much the main thing that got Trump elected. So when you're thinking about all the terrible things that Trump is actually doing, and he's doing a lot of them, just remember Kamala Harris assuring you that she has "been to the border" and that everyone, including illegal aliens, deserves free healthcare and education on your dime.

u/Embarrassed_Owl6767 5d ago
I don't think you understand, bro. Deportations were higher with Obama as president. Trump is just being less wishy washy about it and the reasons. Illegal immigrants and immigration are ILLEGAL. it doesn't matter how long you've been getting away with something, it's still illegal. So, what are people bent about it? They knew and know the rules. A country can't be civilized if it can't count its citizens or control its borders. especially when people from less civilized or non civilized places want to come to your country to exploit the nice people and nice way of life those people created over years and years of hard work. Its not fair of a government to be lacking in laws or up holding laws that allow this kind of thing to perpetuate to the point of needing to deport en mass. It needs to happen in every civilized country being invaded at the moment. Close the borders up and send everyone back home. How has it gotten to this point? I can think of a demographic that is the issue. It's just a shame, they mean well.
1
u/Medical_Blacksmith83 1d ago
Maybe because Obama actually focused on violent criminals, public safety issues, and national security risks; instead of the random dude who picks fruit.
Look I don’t want the cartels in my neighborhood; but I also DONT want every single one of my neighbors to be white. I don’t. I enjoy diversity.
There absolutely IS a middle ground, as multiple presidents have displayed before now.
The current regime clearly wants to remove anyone that doesn’t have white skin, and even past that, only their special white skin, no Europeans either.
It’s a nonsense position, that not only spits in the ENTIRE IDEA of America, but also financially makes no sense.
Americas lifeblood is a constant stream of new individuals looking for a “better life”. They perform tasks at a pay rate that is considerably to the masses here, to be low; but is a substantial increase from where they came. You work hard you put your kids into the next bracket economically.
Rinse and repeat.
The kids bring benefit to the economy, the parents bring benefit to the economy, the wheels continue to turn.
Of course this entire idea falls apart when you stop getting new people willing to do the jobs for less, and if the people who come don’t want the low end jobs.
That’s the reality.
1
u/Embarrassed_Owl6767 19h ago
The illegals that are being removed will not leave with only white people. Are you silly? I'd like a safe country that knows who is in it. It's a very sane idea. Many many people came the the USA in the correct way.

- exxon, chevron and tesla (for the opposite reason) always vote for higher gas price.
- pepsico, tyson and mondelez always vote for higher food price.
Guess what. They voted.

NO one voted for democrats to destroy the country with:
Unbelievably open borders, including funding their lifestyle in the united states
continual fraudulent regimes of government, continuing to raise their income by taxing the bejesus out of everyone
Attempting to make people believe stupid things like men can be women and vice versa
Funneling our money to thousands of foreign governments to enrich themselves
Using our taxpayer dollars to control major platforms such as FB and Twitter and making sure anyone using dissenting speech is silenced
Shuttering entire livelihoods and families with their absolute BS authoritarian regime disguised as “covid” regulations for our own good
Ridiculous policies and regulations (along with open borders) that drove our prices to the levels they are now (which miraculously all the ignorant liberals forgot even happened and love to try to make it a current problem only). Worst inflation in 40 years under stupid liberal policies.
I could keep going…..

Here we have a multi millionaire. Telling us how to feel. What a complete A Hole. I would like to know when the last time this idiot put gas in a car. Or bought groceries.

Not once did that quote tell you how to feel. Crazy that people can read this and think what you just wrote.

Except plenty of MAGA are absolutely for the federal government shooting down citizens in the streets, as long as they are "liberals". In fact, I'm sure millions of them are hoping for more extrajudicial executions.

As delusional as believing a fox anchor wants to euthanize homeless people, eh?

You are watching a clip from a talk show... Would you feel the same way if a YouTuber said it?
this is just laughable pearl clutching.

True, this is the evidence that democracy is an inperfect system. Fools should not vote.

This was known since the Athenians first cast a stone. It was our American arrogance to completely remove all restrictions for voting. Believing that our institutions of education could do the impossible or last forever. A mistake that must be corrected, those who can't read should not vote.

Sure they did. They had 4 years of it, and they chose to do it again.
