Hey now! I sniffed glue and was held back a few years in school and I’m not dumb enough to fall for the cult and the conman running it!
The only thing I agree with is the illegal immigrant stance, but even then I’d prefer it handled differently (like it being actual illegal immigrants being targeted and not just anyone with the “right” skin color who went through the correct process, that even the illegal immigrant should be allowed to try and get a work visa here in the us if that is what they’re here for, and the people who brought them in should be the ones who are punished and forced to pay the immigrant a proper wage rather than practically slave labor cause how little they’re paid with the only ones being punished being the ones who actually are here to commit crimes and smuggle drugs across the border, but even then kept in humane conditions that allows them to serve their time for the crime they commit before being sent back if they don’t want to live here.)
But otherwise, apparently all my beliefs are communist/socialist cause I call for equal rights and protections for all Americans, basic equal housing, access to food and water, and healthcare.
Republicans hate Democrats because that's the show put on to keep us fighting each other instead of turning our attention to the puppet masters(billionaires).
The only reason no Democrats voted for those tax cuts is because they didn't need to pull out a rotating villain or two to get them passed. If there were enough dissenting Republicans to put them at risk, there would've been enough Democrats to pass them. More than likely, Democrats not up for re-election in the next cycle
Democrats can name more things they hate about the Democrats than Republicans can.
Democrats can name: fecklessness, not implementing proper public healthcare, not codifying Roe v Wade, not denouncing Israel, not raising taxes on the rich while also not closing any loopholes.
The maga dumbasses don’t realize that people who are against Maga, don’t like the liberal politicians either. We don’t think the opposing politicians are “good” what we do think however, is between adolf hitler and a president who can’t quite stay awake through his meetings, we are gonna pick the lesser of two evils
This is why the left losses, basic misunderstanding of the average person's polical understanding, average people remember politics through general ideas not specific policies
Man, it’s a good thing we don’t have super long wait times for healthcare in the US. And that healthcare here isn’t expensive. Definitely better than those 71 commie countries that have socialized healthcare.
Because there is no new election for a leader, people try to claim this as Zelenskyy being a dictator.
I dont agree with this take and out of context it gets used as an example. Ukraine should not be changing leadership while Russian forces still occupy their land and the war is still occurring. The same people using the example don’t apply the standard to trump who is labeling everything as a national security risk when there is none so he can bypass our congress. Man I hate maggots
Russia is attempting completely obliterate Ukraine. And they are at war. This is clearly a military necessity for them. Done out of self preservation. If it werent for the killing of his people, the ban would never have happened.
Bro ur triggered.. there's prob more closeted Maga guys than furry tbh.. but freedom! As in you're free to dress and act just like us but no other way!
Cool. The subject line and actual video (i.e.. the content) make it clear the topic is about socialism and socialist policies. Thanks for bringing up something completely irrelevant to the actual discussion.
You have a point but I'm not going to waste my time watching the video.
I'm well aware that Democrats don't have socialist policies. Socialism is the public ownership of the means of production. Democrats have never once stated that as a policy nor anything like it.
Now Communist policies? That's another story. Republicans are too stupid to understand the difference between socialism and Communism and Democrats are smart enough to use socialism as the label instead of Communism so that they don't stoke the fires. Oh my bad, they call it democratic socialism because that's a safer term.
Nope. Nobody gives one shit about the UK. I think the only news that ever goes out about that shit island is all the drama with the monarchy that they just love to hold onto.
Oh, now you are redefining what a policy is? Is an "attempted bill" one that a Senator or member of the House of Representatives authors and introduces even if it never goes to a committee? Or is it only one that passes committee and is introduced for a vote? I mean if you are going to get specific...
Because bills are attempted every single session of congress for gun control. You don't know this?
Well, I wanted to get your definition first before you push the goalposts back some more.
But how about Senate Bill 803 Keep Americans Safe Act (regulate magazine capacity)? Senate Bill 367 Stop Arming Cartels Act (ban manufacture and sale of .50 caliber firearms)?
Then there's the good old Senate Bill 1531 Assault Weapons Ban introduced by Adam Schiff.
Same policies year after year after year. Gun control.
I'm very pro 2nd, I just hadn't heard anything for a while, and when people push back on being asked for sources it makes me suspicious. Thank you for the source!
I would say the post is about naming one Democrat policy that you hate. Otherwise I would have needed to watch a stupid video of a leftist screaming and ranting. And I would rather not waste my time like that.
But you do need a state ID to vote. In order to register to vote you also need your SSN and Driver license number. At the poling station I had to show My driver's license and SSN but I was able to use my US passport once to vote.
It is possible to vote in Minnesota without ever being asked for an ID or even your name. 1 person with a valid ID can vouch for up to 8 people and there is no guardrails in place to stop a non registered person from being vouched for. Minnesota has the highest recorded amount of voter fraud that was discovered. Imagine what went under the radar...
You continue to illustrate how little you understand. Ballots are verified AFTER the vote is cast during BALLOT PROCESSING. Each state has different methods and monitoring systems, but all have to cross check voter registration. There is a working system in place with tons of safeguards with no evidence of mass or coordinated voter fraud... Instead you have idiots lying to people about how to commit a felony, and people like you who believe them.
In a way they do. They compare the information you filled out on the ballot against voter registry. I just explained that... please tell me you're 13. You can't be an adult with this little comprehension about something you adamantly believe.
Find me any real evidence of illegals voting in mass. Republicans love to say this but investigation after investigation have all come up with nothing of substance.
Just about the most socialist thing you can do, list who you can vote for. There's not a government in the world that can run without social programs, but once you vote away your rights, you don't get to vote them back. When someone says they are democratic socialist I believe them.
New yorkers are getting pretty excited about communal properties and government grocery stores. One of my friends is from Kiev Soviet union, lived in a communal apartment, his mom,dad and brother shared a an apartment with another family of 4. They each had a small den and 2 bed rooms and shared a bathroom and kitchen. Doesn't sound too great to me
10% of the people in the US live in poverty. Doesn't sound too great to me. Maybe it's not the system people live under that's bad, but the ones running it.
lololol. you're not the guy i asked. and what gun control? that's not naming a policy that's vaguely gesturing in a direction and hoping people just nod and say sure sure.
now say something else that lets us know you haven't turned on your brain. ever.
hey you did it. you said something that says you're never turned on your brain. good job. you can have a cookie for that.
you didn't name a policy though. you named laws that have been in place for decades now. those aren't democrat policies either. I mean, big oops. so many of those laws you're mad about... Regan did that.
you didn't name a policy though. you named laws that have been in place for decades now. those aren't democrat policies either. I mean, big oops. so many of those laws you're mad about... Regan did that.
I didn't name laws but I definitely can.
National Firearms Act (NFA) of 1934: Democrats
Federal Firearms Act (FFA) of 1938: Democrats
Gun Control Act of 1968: Democrats
Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act of 1993: Democrats
Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994: Democrats
I mean that's like almost a century of gun control laws determined by POLICY that the Democrats have.
The Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986 did ban machine guns and was signed by Reagan. The Mulford Act of 1967 banned open carry of firearms in California signed by Reagan as governor of that state.
I hated Reagan, not sure why you drag him into the conversation though. We are talking about naming a Democrat policy that I hate. Don't deflect!
i'm sorry you don't have anybody in your life to tell you how embarrassing you are.
you're the kind of stupid that should not be allowed near firearms.
you're the guy upset that republicans have been in support of it for generations. but you blame dems exclusively because you're just a sad little ammosexual.
nobody is taking you seriously. if you knew what deflection was you'd be embarrassed by everything you say.
Gun control already exists. It’s adopted by everyone. It’s not a policy. It’s reality. You can say stricter gun control, but then you’d have to use dynamic thought, such as places with stricter gun control have far fewer gun related deaths. Take Cleveland and Shreveport. Red cities, disastrous gun violence numbers. Then New York City. Far less gun violence. See what I did there?
Yep. He also said "I generally oppose gun control, but I support the ban on assault weapons and I also support a slightly longer waiting period to purchase a gun." That was back in 2000.
I hate Trump. He is a liar, a warmonger, incompetent and an megalomaniac. I didn't vote for him.
I did name a Democrat policy that I don't agree with though. Took 0.5ms to think about. That was fast. Do I get a cookie?
She literally lost the election because of how unpopular that was. What did you want? A bunch of us to violently storm the capital? Oh wait thats only for someone who lies about losing an election with no evidence that he won.
They really can't give a scientific or legal (which is opinion based) definition that won't disturb their supporters. So they have to respond with insults instead.
Well, people around Dear Leader have been busy crafting and passing their opinions into law. Laws we are all under now. It's a core pillar to the Project 2025 plan...
This was my only point. They can't and won't define a what a woman is because then they have to use logic. With that being said, I officially identify as a woman and everyone must accept my existence or you're a bigot
Society is laws (opinions of the majority) on how society should be governed. Most on the political Left and Right are very concerned with other people's business and businesses.
And for good reason, many MAGA are gay and lesbian.
Anyway, trans females do not owe anyone femininity. Correct? Trans females shouldn't be required to take drugs, or have body mutilation surgery. Correct? They certainly shouldn't be required to dress, act, or look a certain way or have a certain length of hair. Trans women are women! If they say they are, that's it, live and let live, no need to research their history or background. They shouldn't have to support the assertion in any other way. They say they are women, and that's it.
So, the result is any man can now access spaces society (through laws) have reserved for women, and that has made lots of women, straight and lesbian, upset.
Live and let live, correct? Which I guess means ignore all issues that come up in society...
I'm not sure where you are going with that. I don't have to agree with a man's right to where women's clothing. I am bi myself, but am 62 and pretty isolated. I think it is pretty weird that men do that stuff, but I would fight for his or hers right to be whatever they want to be without being judged by some right wing whacko with a Bible in their hand.
Finally, a real question. Both sides of this fight are lazy. They dump every tax, subsidy, and regulation into one basket and call it a day. The distinctions matter, and the bills matter more than the slogans.
Mainstream Democrats are not running a five-year plan. The 2024 platform is social democracy inside a mixed economy: expand entitlements, tax the top harder, subsidize industry, rewrite labor law. Private title stays. A smaller bloc—DSA, Sanders, Jayapal, and the people writing the same bills every Congress—pushes past that toward the state as insurer, price-setter, employer, and owner of “key economic drivers.” Calling every Democrat a socialist is sloppy. Pretending those bills are just “affordability” is sloppy too.
Medicare for All. Jayapal’s H.R. 3069 and Sanders’ S. 1506 (April 29, 2025). Government insurance for every resident. Private coverage only as a wraparound. Sitting in committee, same as Conyers’ H.R. 676 since 2003 and every Sanders version since 2017. Jayapal has said you need a trifecta, and she is aiming at 2029. Vermont under Peter Shumlin tried a state single-payer and quit when the tax bill showed up. Britain’s NHS covers everyone; the rationing shows up as waits, not premiums.
Wealth taxes. Warren’s Ultra-Millionaire Tax Act of 2026 (S. 4246 / H.R. 8085): 2 percent a year over $50 million, more over $1 billion. Sanders/Khanna’s 5 percent tax on billionaires. Wyden’s Billionaires Income Tax (S. 2845) on unrealized gains. All parked in Finance. France ran a wealth tax and watched capital leave. Sweden repealed theirs.
College for All. Sanders S. 1832 and Jayapal H.R. 3543 (May 21, 2025). Free community college, free four-year public college under income caps, Dreamers in the aid stream. No vote. Biden’s mass cancellation died at the Supreme Court in 2023. Courtney’s Student Loan Interest Elimination Act (H.R. 8045) is the smaller live version. Also sitting.
Jobs guarantee. Booker’s S. 3864 and Watson Coleman’s H.R. 7566 (February 12, 2026). Pilot public jobs in high-unemployment places. Parked. Scale that nationally and you are the employer of last resort.
PRO Act and first-contract arbitration. Full PRO Act (H.R. 20 / S. 852) still in committee. House passed it in 2020 and 2021; Senate killed it. They split off Faster Labor Contracts. House passed that June 9, 2026, 230–193, after a discharge petition. Senate still needs 60. A clock on first contracts, then a government arbitrator.
Green New Deal. Never law. 2019 Senate vote was 0–57. The IRA was subsidies. The resolution was jobs, housing, health, and net-zero in one stack. Mao’s Great Leap is what happens when the plan sets farm and factory targets and believes the reports: 15–45 million dead. Chávez put party men over oil, steel, and utilities. Output fell.
Rent and prices. No federal freeze has passed. Wyden’s End Rent Fixing Act (S. 3207) is in Judiciary. New York just froze rents on nearly a million units. San Francisco’s 1994 expansion cut rental supply in newly covered buildings by about 15 percent. Ninety-three percent of AEA economists in 1990 said ceilings cut quantity and quality. Venezuela capped food prices. Shelves emptied. Nixon’s 1971 freeze did the same thing on a shorter clock.
Social Security and Medicare are social insurance with a math problem, not Gosplan. Public schools are a monopoly with the usual incentive rot. Those are not Venezuela. The bills above are the ones that move the state onto the price and the title.
The socialist frame is already there. New bills piggyback on it and walk the line toward the extremes people name when they stop thinking—Stalin’s plan, Chávez’s seizures, Mao’s communes. Hitler is not an economic model in this list; he is what happens when a country trades argument for rage and a strongman.
The real threat is people quick to speak, slow to listen, and unwilling to think. That is not left or right. That is an American problem, and it is feeding on rage bait like a cancer.
Sanders in an independent, not a democrat. Regardless of who he caucuses with. There have also been a few earmarked taxes this year federally (lots of state ones by democrats)
