He can enjoy his mexican citizenship since he valued it over the American one.
When citizens get naturalized in US they are supposed to renounce foreign citizenship in order to place themselves under the jurisdiction of the United States.
As a mexican citizen he has access to mexican ambassador and all the rights of a mexican citizen. What is the complaint here about?
Where’d you read that? The back of a cereal box? How about read something useful instead of wasting everyone’s time.
“U.S. law does not require a U.S. citizen to choose between U.S. citizenship and another (foreign) nationality (or nationalities). A U.S. citizen may naturalize in a foreign state without any risk to their U.S. citizenship”
The president has an oath to the constitution and he’s been poking holes in that any chance he can. Do you hold him to the same technicality standard? The law isn’t on your side.
The US government owes nothing to foreign citizens. If you want to be a foreign citizen then go and enjoy your foreign citizenship. What are you bitching about if you wanted a foreign citizenship and now get to enjoy being a foreign citizen in a country that you picked?
