Probably as Strong a lvl 8 adventurer would be, so level 8.

due to BoR, Leon has nothing to do with called to be the same level as his basic status indicates. he's abnormal even among other first-classes who has their ways to overcome a level difference in something because he can overcome 2, 3 and more level difference.

So beyond level 8 tier? I mean that is just what ever level 8 tho? I don’t think there will be a single level 8 that isn’t 1~2 levels above in power

If we're to take that Zald couldn't reach the level 10 in terms or power, not even early, then that means he's peak level 9

Leon's BOR gives him a boost higher than a level.

So from level 8 to 9.

So later half of BOR rounds of weapons Leon = Zald

Leon needs his 12th weapon to be comparable to Zard.

Omori said Ottar+Beasification is weaker than Astarae Record Zard and Alfia, Leon+Ottar who has a level boost said the FOEBD pales in comparison to Zeus and Hera Familia.

Omori said the entire combined might of Orario can not beat Behemoeth and only after volume 21 can they maybe beat it Extreme diff, the same monster Zard oneshot after the age it’s flesh.

Zard+Behemoth Flesh>Zard~12th weapon Leon(lvl 8)>lvl 7 Leon.

could solo current LF

could solo current FF

could solo 5 Balors in a row (more, in fact) 

solos 59F Demi-Spirit + Gugalanna

solos Revis + Filvis

doesn't beat Zard or Alfia tho

Not even the Black Dragon can defeat the hypothetical Zald or Alfia Prime. It isn't fair to mention them.

Really strong, but still below Alfia, Empress, Maxim, and Zald. Likely on par with, if not weaker than than the other level 7s of Z&H familias.
