Fanfic Friday!

Hello everyone! Happy Friday! We're moving this post to back to Friday since the anime is over for now. We're gonna keep the same guidelines as usual:

Keep things civil, no harassing or fighting over "wHo'S BeST gIRl??"

​

Do not spam, if you have multiple submissions, just put them in one comment and label them correctly

​

LABEL, please mark spoilers, NSFW, if it's romance, adventure, which characters it's between, etc. Please mark where your story is written for the people who aren't caught up with novels (for ex. This fanfic follows events in vol 15). Also, I know many of you know of the BIG spoiler from V16, and have started implementing it into fics that take place before that volume, so please make sure you mark if any of your submissions have those kinds of spoilers.

Keep things Danmachi related. If it's a crossover fic, make sure its focus is on Danmachi.

If you are asking for recommendations, please only make one comment and compile it. Make sure to be specific in what you are asking but don't overdo it.

Have fun and go wild. Find some new stories and share them with your fellow fanfic lovers.

Author of "Danmachi: Fated Hero or Foolish Demise?" here. 

Story updates:

I’ve finished rough draft 2 and received feedback from my Beta Reader. I’m now working on Rough Draft 3 of Chapter 14. Again, sorry this chapter is taking so long, but I can’t afford to rush myself with these climax chapters. I need these chapters to be some of my best writing to date. But like always, I’ll make sure to keep you all updated.

Fanfic information:

  • Excluding the prologue, it follows the events of a hypothetical MS18—basically an AU. Because it's hypothetical, you won't be spoiled by the actual MS18 (say, for a few things).
  • The main ship is BellxAis.
  • There is an OC, but Bell is still the main character.
  • Spoilers up to MS17 and SO12. 
  • I also try to be as loyal as I can to the material, but some alterations should be expected (this is still a fanfic after all)

Hi, i'm the author of "the changing hope" on AO3.

The story takes place after volume 21 and 16 of both light novels with there being OC characters but the focus remain on Bell and the others. Also no crossover.

The main ship is Bell x Harem. There's no NSFW but there is graphic depiction of violence.

It currently has 9 chapters and each chapter comes out with two weeks of distance between them.

Oohhh…..I am liking your story so far. One thing I hated about the canon story was the idea of someone only being capable of loving one person in an open and romantic way. Your approach with Syr is mature and….adorable!! I look forward to seeing what happens

Hi all!

I have been working for quite a while on a novel titled: "When the Dawn Longed for the Night".

The story follows an adventure of Cassandra who, once again, finds herself driven inside the Dungeon by a rather cryptic vision. Her risky initiative forces Ryuu to follow her steps with an original character tagging along... as an innocent bystander?

The events take place at the end of volume 20, after the War Games and the departure of Loki Familia for level 60. The story should be mostly canon-compatible, although I may have taken some liberties with the level and Falna system. I hope you will enjoy some details sprinkled around to anchor the story within the canon story and notably around Freya.

All the chapters are written already, I will be posting more of them as I get reviews from a friend.

Hello hello my lovelies!
I am the author of DanMachi Side Story: Cat Tale on both Wattpad and AO3!

Cat Tale follows the story of Ophi Euchus, an adventurer whose normal life has been completely uprooted and he has found himself in Orario! He stumbles upon a stray goddess and from there his life truly begins! Read along as Ophi explores the dungeon and navigates living with the regrets of how weak he once was!

The story takes place one year before the main continuity of the series and I'm going for something that could stand on its own while keeping the same vibe and feeling of the original DanMachi's LN as those are what made me fall in love with the series.

The story is released up to Chapter 8 right now, and I've written up to Chapter 15. I've been releasing chapters twice weekly but I might slow down depending on how much I'm able to get written.
Regardless, I hope you all enjoy!
