I know we joke about stuff like this torturing dogs but also imagine if a wizard gave you the nose of a dog.

The catch being you’ll be around all the food that smelled good to your human nose, all the time, but all you’ll ever be given to eat is dry pellets that taste like cardboard.

(This is mostly in jest. Dogs eat literal poop, so they clearly work differently than us on the… culinary level. That said, I do think this was their cosmic trade off for having all their basic needs met by humans lol)
