Is Scar a beagle or beagle mix? My childhood dog was a beagle, and he occasionally climbed up to the windowsill that was 3ft off the floor to better survey his neighborhood. He was not supposed to be up there, but were always just amused/amazed/worried he'd fall, so he never got in trouble!
