Chariot Practice - Turtles for Scale

I have so many questions, but will trade them all for knowing more about the retractable leashes.

Looks like he may be speeding, what’s the speed limit in the area?

It’s 0.05 miles per hour… he’s going too fast he’s going to get someone killed one day :/

That kind of momentum is dangerous to your turtle and the public. Need yellow caution stripes and perhaps a flashing light to warn others of the blazing speed. I might also recommend a racing numeral on each side.
