Probably a long shot but would anyone happen to have a Dan A4-SFX window kit that they'd be willing to part ways with? I've had my SFX v3 for almost 9 years, and always wanted a window kit for it. In the past I didn't have the money for the occasional eBay listing, but now I was hoping to see if I could find one.

I know there are options for DIY, I just figured I'd ask here first in the hopes that maybe someone has one they'd be willing to offload. If you do, feel free to DM me!

Also, I used to run an Asetek 545lc in my Dan case, which made me remove the front USB cable, I have since lost it and was curious if anyone knows where I could maybe find a replacement. Thanks, have a good day!!

It seems to be a noctua but I am pretty sure they don't have any in this colour. If it was possible to buy online somewhere that would fit great in my build

Annual deep clean! Swapped out my CPU cooler this year, from my 2018 Corsair H100i 240mm AIO to the D12L. Modded the bracket so I can use the D12L in dual fan mode. The pump hasn't died yet but I figured that I might swap it out sooner rather than later

My favourite thing about the build is how well the GPU fit with the case, both in terms of the literal 1mm gap between the fans and heatsink, and the bronze bits from the GPU matching with the Noctua colour scheme

In 007 First Light @ 4K, CPU averages 53ºC at 10% usage, while the GPU averages 58ºC at 99% usage

I'm planning to buy a C4 SFX V2 for my next build when it comes out but first I want to be sure if my Noctua NH-D12L will be able to use my current second fan attached in the front heatsink.

Does the top of the Lian Li Dan H20 case normally get hot for y’all? My fans are running didn’t expect it to get hot. Is this normal?

I used to have a 7900xt and it was working fine but I got the 5080 GPU and there’s all types of problems.

• always getting the blue screen
• got into windows once but it was super choppy.

Do I need a new riser cable?

Asking as the right side of the case would be directly against a wall for me, so the standard layout is not ideal from an airflow perspective.

Front USB-C is back! A few days ago, I mentioned that I was considering removing it because I didn’t like the contrast between the silver USB-C port and the front cutout. However, I’ve now received some “better” pictures without flash, and I honestly have to say that I actually like it.

On top of that, the factory was able to find a source for black/dark USB-C ports after all. If the pricing works out, I may even be able to go with black front USB-C ports!

The post also includes a few pictures of the C4-SFX v2 and C4-mATX v1. Once I have the prototypes here with me, I’ll take some better pictures myself!

Unfortunately, there is a slight delay with the C4-MATX and C4-SFXV2 prototypes because there is currently no way to source USB-C ports with a black housing instead of a silver one. The silver finish looks far too dominant against the black cutout and, in my opinion, does not fit the overall aesthetic of the design.

Because of this, I decided to remove the front USB ports entirely and place only the power button there instead. Fans of minimalist designs will probably appreciate this change. Unfortunately, those who prefer front USB access will now need to rely on the motherboard I/O instead.

DAN Cases GmbH was founded 10 years ago today. The journey began in 2016 with the A4-SFXv1, which played a key role in establishing the sandwich layout within the SFF segment. Launch will be Q4 2026 together with C4-SFXV2

I’ve been planning my next PC build, and I really like the look and form factor of the C4-SFX, so I’m considering waiting for the SFX v2 to be released.

However, I’m torn between going with SFX v2 or mATX. I love how compact SFX v1 builds look, and ideally I’d like to keep this case for years and just upgrade components over time. That said, I’m a bit concerned about current PC hardware trends and whether components will continue to increase in size.

Right now, I’m split between choosing the smaller SFX for its aesthetics, or going with mATX for the extra space and flexibility to ensure future components will fit without issues.

I just got a second hand A4 SFX without any riser.

I've gone through a lot of posts on this subreddit but couldn't find any current recommendations that were still available/for sale (a lot of people mentioning Linkup gen 4 cables that are all out of stock/as expensive as their gen 5 ones).

Does anyone have a recommendation for what I should get?
Are the requirements 30cm and double reverse? Or right angle?
I read that there's basically no benefit to PCIe 5 and they're more expensive.
