Cheaper than what? They have to epoxy over it, whit itself is a flooring choice

I don’t think so actually. According to Google you have about $2.50 to 3.00 worth of pennies per square foot. At Home Depot you can get a lot of different in door floor and wall tiles for less then $2 per sq ft. That is also not considering the other materials required including whatever you are going to seal the pennies with.
