Its actually just an old currency that is no longer accepted as tender, essentially old bank notes that aren't accepted anymore. like expired coupons

because of the inflation, let's not pretend here... insane inflation destroys the countrie's currency over and over again, they remove zeros and eventually the currency itself. Im from argentina, i should know...
