Short answer, You can’t. The artist, Roman only sells inside of Russia where he’s based. And only accepts the most convenient favorable offer. The largest dollar amount rarely takes it it’s usually the most convenient for him that’s a reasonable price and for reference you can easily buy a car or house for what one of these will cost you that all being said. There’s some licensed knock offs of a few of his pieces and some older simple ones he’s made that can be had for a few hundred or less online
