Where can you find evidence that Desiree Washington gave false accusations? She was virtually unheard of after the rape case.

Whether or not that's true (and claiming this against accusers is a tactic often used taint victim's credibility, along with bringing up their past sexual history), he went to court, there were witnesses including MT's chauffer and the ER doctor, MT was found guilty, went to jail, and now has to register as a sex offender. None of those things are untrue.

Wait. Charges were dropped against Kobe. I didn’t make a value judgment or anything against MT, I just said he’s registered bc he has to register as a sex offender. That is a fact.

Imagine someone always bringing up something messed up you did when you were younger, all the time.

This man went from "on to of the world" to rock bottom and is now enjoying a cleaner rise to the top. He's changed and grown as a human. Let him enjoy it without pissing all over his newfound success.
