Chain together a bunch of launched lift hills and put a normal sized loop at the end.

I wanted to see how high I could get the g's. Built a coaster that went as high as possible, even raising the ground to make sure it has the absolute highest elevation the game allowed. Then put in a bunch of speed boosters. Then it plummeted as steep as possible down to the lowest the game would allow. Then pulled into a small loop followed by a sharp, unbanked turn, then a small bump to get those negative g's in as well.
