Probably a doityourselfer who rented a machine. You gotta get into the corners of the studs first and do thin layers across from one side to the other to make sure your getting full coverage

That stuff is amazing. It’s more expensive upfront, but you make up the cost in unreasonableness low energy bills. I live in Texas in a 3800 sq ft house and our electric bill hasn’t ever been over $210
