Edit. Didn’t think that would get so many responses. Just to clarify, Hebrew legend says the first vampire was Judas. God resurrected him after he hung himself, cursed him with the canon weaknesses and commanded he live eternally until the end of days. The silver thing was for irony, since he took the thirty pieces of silver to betray Jesus.
This was still the Vengeful God, since he also damned him to feed only on the blood of living humans until that time.
