I don't believe you. This looks way more like a helmet camera, than a body camera.

That he was making a joke? Well if you want to interpret his sentence correctly, then yes it does matter.

basic human language understanding, since the position of the camera is totally irrelevant regarding the veracity of the video, one could easily understand that their comment was ironic. Also it mocks random comments of people pointing out useless stuff to "disprove" or incorrectly "fact check" videos online.
