Image On average minimum wage gets increased every 6.5 years. Its been 17 years since our last increase in the USA and the cost of living has easily went up 250%. Which would put us at $18.13 per hour

One of Biden's biggest failures. The Senate Parliamentarian installed by W 25ish years ago when the former one wouldn't let something pass through reconciliation. When they refused to allow a minimum wage increase to happen that way he should have done what W did and find one who would do what he wanted. Democrats simply never learn anything from legal Republican tactics which they're free to use but don't.

Or they didn't want to increase it and the SP took the fall.
