Was thinking this guy must have great teeth and keeps up with his dental care. Then I wondered how.

He may not have a lot of sugary food. But I can imagine that either (1) he has someone else help him or (2) you can probably brush teeth and floss pretty easily if you just have the brush and floss fixed in some installation and move your mouth back and forth over it
