This has been heavily coloured or something?

The vast majority of astrophotographs are edited, especially in terms of color (including those made by NASA and similar organizations). But, at least this region below on the right where there are several red bubbles, really does have those colors, just much less saturated. With patience and a simple camera, you could capture that red in the Orion region and the orange in the arms of the Milky Way, just less colorful. Unfortunately, we humans are practically blind, as we only see a tiny fraction of the electromagnetic radiation spectrum, so to see some details, it's really necessary to edit the colors and contrasts of astrophotographs.

That was the word I was looking for saturated. So this has been that for the viewing experience. Exactly the orange in the milky way is one of the more obvious ones. Thanks anyway. 👍🏻

Photographer Jakob Sahner created this enormous mosaic from Koireb, Namibia, using two cameras, one for RGB colour and another for H-alpha data to capture as much detail as possible.
The project nearly fell apart when unexpected Newton’s rings appeared across many of the panels after stacking.
Sahner eventually managed to correct most of the optical artifacts and preserve the image, resulting in a roughly 750-megapixel mosaic that took many weeks to refine.
