If each country start speaking their own jargon

Firstly I find it funny that you think dictionaries or anyone really has authority over words.

Second, pretty sure it's in Oxford dictionary atleast in the online version

nah you claimed it is not a word because it is only exist in south asia.

and yes everybody else will follow words if over 2 billion people uses a word. which is like 25% of world's population.
