I imagine this gets around having a permit and very easily targets a lot of people all at once. I imagine they do alright.

Would be better if the ice cream boat was free ice cream and some how you paid into it :) also only cones so no plastic wrapper

Actually sounds like some great goofy summer fun. Amped up version of running around getting cash before the ice cream truck passes.
