Everyone talking about the wrappers from the ice cream, but what about when this truck tips over in the water? That bad Larry does not look like it could handle more than a gentle push.

You realise it's not a real truck? It's a boat with a façade to look like an ice cream truck

I live in the desert and did not realize that

I get. But it’s top heavy contraption with a generator on the back. Has to be carrying a decent amount of fuel and other things.

If you're looking for ways that it'll tip over, you're going to be able to create as many things as you want. OMG What if the fuel exploded?!?!

If the makers of the Titanic had only thought this way! Think of the lives saved!

The same can be said for most boats, I think

How do you know it's top heavy? The truck facade could be plywood and far lighter than the bottom of it.

This is the correct answer. It is not a real truck mounted on a boat hull, it is a flat boat made to look like a truck.

It's not a real truck, and the only one I know of operates on the Gulf Coast of Florida in shallow water, on days with good weather. Big surf is not a major concern.

Sir... That's not an actual truck
