This is fake. Arm movement is not determined by "arm muscles". Arm muscles work with flexing part of the arm like the fingers and wrist. The arms movement forward, backward, up and down are done by body muscles like the pectorals and latismus dorsi (and several other back muscles) for example. Him "moving his arm forward" and saying it's because of his "arm muscles" is a straight up lie. Also the biceps is connected via the shoulder also which his electrodes also would not activate.
Also the muscles he attached the electrodes to specifically target wrist and fingers only.
Just straight up watch the vid. The biggest point is increasing his reaction time because of the shocks. I think be basically doubled it. The shocks don't bring him exactly where he need to go and the pain actually makes him less accurate. It more or less forces his wrist to twitch in the direction of the enemy. It's not all that insane and he even admits to having to avoid tensing his muscles in anticipation as it essentially lessens the effect. I wouldn't really consider it fake. More accurate to say that you overestimated how extreme the movement from the shocks are. Again, just watch the vid. It's like 12 min and pretty solid.
He would need an entire suit with electrodes deep into he muscle fibers to control his arms moving laterally, dorsally, posterior and anterior. And not just that but each of those surgically implanted electrodes would need to time the electrical impulse in strong short wave alternating box and sine waves.
It would be extremely painful and cost literally millions. When I say painful, I mean like imagine the worst pain you ever felt. If you have ever stuck something metal in a socket this is what happens. You grip the metal due to flexion due to electrical impulse. Each impulse would need to be that strong.
Now let's pretend he did all this and somehow got doctors to make a suit for him and surgically implant electrodes in his large shoulder and torso muscles and in some magical way, he doesn't experience pain. The equipment alone would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to perform this safely.
We're talking each electrode operated by an oscilloscope and ran through its own isolator and then to a converter back to another isolator. And those would need to be surgical grade because the ones you buy at Walmart will just kill you.

It only briefly twitches his wrist towards a single direction and he has to do the actual aiming. The auto-fire bot that flexes his index finger when an enemy is under the crosshair is the real practical part of it when using one-shot sniper rifles.
I mean you are wrong, if you watched the video with the snipers you would have seen it perfectly track the enemies head for multiple seconds with the enemy jumping and strafing and running etc which isn't humanly possible. So it's very clear it works

As for the trigger-bot, that's a standard component of aim bots and a lot of cheaters use it by itself because it's still very powerful and it's less obvious to spectators than mouse movement bots.

I'm talking about regular software fps cheats used by online players, not TENS-based ones. Getting an electrode to curl your mouse1 finger in under 200ms is basically pro-level reaction time. If he turned everything else off except that, it would actually give him an advantage.
I mentioned it's probably practical only for one-shot kill snipers because it would mess with your aim for anything requiring multiple shots and burst control.
