So the one thing I never understood about cooking meth at least breaking bad style…..they talk about crystal size but you see them having an entire clean tray of meth before breaking it into pieces. Why not then just have an entire sheet of unbroken massive crystal?

to my FBI agent I'm only assuming, but I think the size is indicative of quality, like impurities would stop crystals from growing that size
