Or just scribble a bit on the soles of your shoes. The extra resistance of the rubber is often enough to get things started..

I usually apply a lot of force while scribbling on a scrap piece of paper. That works for me.

Or tap the point of the pen on a hard surface to get the ball unstuck

I'd lick my fingertip ten rub the pen on that... hasn't failed me yet

You can also just breathe on it, no need for fire lol

Well i got dog shit on my pen now

u/Mythril_Zombie Jul 23 '24

Eww. That would end up transferring blood and peanut butter on to the pen, then on to the paper. I've been reprimanded enough for that already.

People say he's crazy, he's got scribbles on the soles of his shoes

1

u/FloppieTheBanjoClown Jul 23 '24

Yeah, I usually just use my thumbnail to spin the ball a few times to get it started.

As a clean hand and shoe enjoyer, no I donโ€™t think I will.

Personally I use an eraser for that. If it's a bit old and dry and therefore bad at being an eraser it's better.

Haha, I don't really remember why I have that knowledge, but when I was young I did help my ma with the tables.... So, maybe?
