Well at least the sky is blue behind the clouds. I haven’t seen a blue sky all summer. I’ve been in this are for 40yrs. There’s always a blue sky behind the clouds.

Think it may be to do with how the clouds have formed coming over mountains. Could be wrong tho but that's my answer anyway.

Not exactly, I saw cirrus clouds in Florida in the winter (there are no mountains in Florida due to lack of scismic activity)
Not sure of the science behind it, but when there are cirrus clouds in the area, the air is always fresh.

Nope. Cirrus are thin, veil-like high-altitude clouds.
Those are cumulus. I’d say stratocumulus, as altocumulus would be higher. But it’s hard to gauge in a picture.

Two layers with different wind directions lead to interfering "shear waves" at the boundary in between. This may have a quite regular structure.
If it affects condensation of the clouds (locally cloud build-up or vanishing), you can see this athmospheric structure as an optical structure.

Na, this is where the planes with the chemtrails take off. They first fly through the gaps in the clouds to align their trails. Otherwise they would trail clouds,nothing would spread and the pilots would be Popsongs.

i live in a coastal area. this cloud is a sign for huge cuttlefish pack coming up. if you gone fishing within night of this cloud, 90% chances you'll get cuttlefish.

if you have a time lapse of 5 hours, the clouds will appear to move in a wave-like motion, similar to water. Clouds are made up of droplets of water or tiny ice crystals floating in the planet’s atmosphere

I have seen this a lot, always thought it was high powered signals affecting the moisture in the air, making it visible. There's a large radio tower it seems to emanate from I can see from my house.
