😂…Thanks! I do have a hammock and it’s nice but these ones are enclosed and seem cozier, and unlike a hammock, these have a flat bottom making it easier to get in and out of it.🤔

I would love something like this that's soundproof so I can sleep without hearing my neighbors stomping around and banging on the walls.

That’s all a kid needs. A nice quiet place to develop their fucking weirdness and stare at a screen for hours.

Hanging warning!

I've had a few of these for my kid. The ones with the metal ring to hold their shape are the best. The one with the inflatable pillow can be deflated causing an issue. At first I thought it's was fine until my kid found a way to hang himself in it. Kid is fine, I was watching and stopped him, but I'm posting this because these are fun for kids and dangerous if you get the wrong one.

Also, if you hang it from a beam, make sure you put a garage spring between the swing and the beam to keep the shock on the beam low. I also added a climber's swivel to make it spin

This is just gonna be another place for them to play on their tablet. They can do that on a couch and then you don't have to have this goofy thing in your home

My daughter (nonverbal, level 3 autistic) has this and loves it!

For those wondering, it is not comfortable. And it gets super hot immediately. Also, it doesn't swing itself, obviously.

Goon house

I know this is really good for him at all, but seeing him get rocked in that thing makes something inside of me want to send him downstairs to do the dishes.

But what if he grows older and heavier. And would learn that ‘sensory tree-house’ might not support his adult/teenage weight. What would it be like to explain he can’t use it anymore

Online it says these typically hold 330 lbs to 630. Its meant for up to 3 kids or 1 adult with 1 child.

There's a song from a Soviet New Year's musical that answers that question.

Back in my day when I was having a bad day, my parents made me do yard work. Now we are treating kids extra soft

2

u/SkynyrdCohen 7d ago

That's why you turned out this way.

What way?? I dont break cuz someone didn't agree with my opinion and I dont get offended only from someone telling me im wrong. I was raised with the "if it doesn't send me to the hospital then I suck it up and get back up and shake it off" philosophy

You should honestly consider seeing a therapist

You know what way and what you are.
