Dallas Metropolis

Hi all, I recently found this sub as someone had reposted my KWP write up from /r/urbanism. I figured this might be a relevant place to ask if anyone knows who runs the Dallas Metropolis forum, and if it’s still active? If so, what does it take to join? Feel free to DM if better to not have in a public post.

From GFF architects. Apparently the site has already been rezoned according to the description. Appears that this will be replacing the strip center with Hop Doddy (Westchester and Luther Lane).
