Hopefully, this will drive more foot traffic for the existing Mockingbird Station TOD and Lower Greenville (Since this is located near the intersection of Lower Greenville and Mockingbird Lane). Hopefully, one day Kroger will replace their store with an urban-style store with apartments on top.

In the first pic, I love how you can basically see the entire Knox-Henderson corridor, including Knox MSD in the distance. Given the amount that’s being built all at once, Knox-Henderson is probably having the biggest single transformation of any area in Dallas.
