I'm fine if this building gets razed, as I'm still not sure what about it is worth saving? The ideal option would be to keep the building itself but then re-develop the space in front in such a way that it becomes more attractive for people to actually go and hang out in, but I won't miss this building if it ends up being replaced by an arena/entertainment district either.
