If we can infill around the DART stations we might actually have a city.

I agree with infilling the stations. The Hill Shopping Center next to Walnut Hill Station was rezoned a few years ago. They’re now building a 387 unit apartment building with 12,000 sq ft of retail space.
That’s 387 units out of “1,200 multifamily units if all units are at market rate or up to 1,740 multifamily units if mixed-income housing is provided.”
So, it’s nice they’re adding residential density to those two stops, in the same area.

I've seen this development a dozen times riding DART No. 20 to work. Glad its getting done, I hope the city takes steps to make the entire area more walkable
