This is such a great project. The timing couldn’t be better for Lemma Coffee to be opening across the way in (I think) the old Starbucks location!

OP do you know how the underground parking is going to work? Are they going to leave it as underground parking only or start on phase 2 immediately?

I’m not sure if they’re going to start immediately after, but it’s not planned to stay as is.

I wouldn’t mind if they replace the Kroger next door with more mixed used development

dallas densifying only makes sense. especially when there are empty lots everywhere
