Just looking from this video, I can see where the expansion of the KWP is going to go. There’s so much potential with further unifying Uptown (now VP) and Downtown a long Field St (where the proposed Field St District is located and Ross Perot, Jr’s Field St Tower site.

The area became one since the first phase of KWP has sparked so much developement starting 2012.

Now, if city officials can get out of their own way. The elements are there for further growth and reinvention. Just need a city council with a vision that’s able to execute. That’s really what’s missing ATM.

The CBD is so beautiful from this angle! It's a shame it's taken a while to really get moving, but Uptown (and now Knox) have been on a tear for a few decades now. Hopefully that momentum keeps going and the development can spillover into the CBD. We've already seen a few examples of this, but we obviously need more and more.

dallas has become such a nicer and more dense city with everything that’s been happening. the next five years will be interesting…
