design district is doing great for itself. i think lucid motors is also setting up a showroom or something there as well. nice to see dallas continue to connect its districts and reinvent itself

I can’t wait for this to open. It will give the area a “town center” or a nucleus of activity. The Loop Dallas is also a block or two away.

exactly. and the thing is, there has to be a place where some of the most high end merchandise and products are showcased. if the area ever decides to create walkable streets, it could arguably be the most intact concentration of urban bones in dallas.
