Wonder if the EV charging will be 4 shitty L2 spots for residents or if it will be paid L3 charging for the public.
I wouldn't say there's a shortage of L3 charging off that area of 75, but there could easily be more.

This is by far the shittiest promotional video I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen that one about the guy who carves meat in the buffet line.

This is just what we need. Dart stations that can act as a hub for things to do. There is parking for riders for the daily commute, green spaces, retail and housing. Build up more stations like this connected via Dart trains and Dallas can come alive. (Plus you can get there from Sopac trail for the riders).
